This is a full-time position, based in our Stephenson location. Duties include:

• Answering incoming calls
• Scheduling, canceling and rescheduling appointments
• Schedule maintenance, review
• Fill schedules
• Check voice mails during the day
• Process incoming referrals during the day
• Respond to referral inquiries
• Maintain faxes
• Check insurance eligibility
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

Minimal qualifications

• High school diploma
• Willingness to learn and grow with organization
• Ability to multitask in a high volume practice
• Positive attitude
