This is a full time position, based in our Eisenhower location. Duties include:

• Answering incoming calls
• Scheduling, canceling and rescheduling appointments
• Schedule maintenance, review
• Fill schedules
• Check voice mails during the day
• Process incoming referrals during the day
• Respond to referral inquiries
• Maintain FAX
• Electronic appointment request
• Check insurance eligibility
• Knowledge of Allscripts PM and EHR a Plus

Minimal qualifications

• High school diploma
• Willingness to learn and grow with organization
• Ability to multitask in a high volume practice
• Positive attitude
